Overview of CheMentor Individual Modules - details and on-line samples: This is a 'Practice' module, consisting of eight programs. The first four programs contain exercises in building unit factors
for length, mass, volume and general examples (prices of items,
wages and examples from chemistry). A unit factor is built from an equation. You build the factor
by clicking on one of the items in the equation and then clicking
in a 'Numerator' or 'Denominator' box to place the item at that
location. You then click on the 'Judge' button to have your unit
factor checked. The last four programs in the module contain exercises that involve
your making a unit factor to complete a calculation. You have
to work out the numerical value for the answer as well as build
the unit factor. Your answer is judged for accuracy/precision and for the correctness
of the unit factor you have made. You can always 'Peek' to see
the set-up and answer that the program was expecting. Your numerical
