Unit Factor for Length Conversions

This program contains 22 exercises in which you build unit factors that will make certain conversions - such as from inches to feet, for example. On the screen is a listing of a series of equations ('1 ft = 12 inches') and you will use these equations to make the required unit factors. You build the factor by clicking on one of the items in the equation and then clicking in a 'Numerator' or 'Denominator' box to place the item at that location. You then click on the 'Judge' button to have your unit factor checked. You can try out the program by using the demo version that you will see further down in this page.
