The Mass to Moles Conversion Module

This is a 'Practice' module, consisting of four programs.

These present four types of problems - mass to mole conversion, mole to mass conversion, mass to mole to number of molecules, and number of molecules to mole to mass. There is no limit to the number of exercises that this program can generate.

Help is available at each stage - getting the molar mass, setting up unit factors and you can always peek at the expected answer. Your answer can be given in either decimal or scientific notation and there is always an on-screen Text reference (which can be hidden).

The Help is presented in interactive screens, which you can reach by clicking on the 'Help' button and then selecting an item from the pop-up menu which appears.

You can also give yourself a Test - by clicking on the 'Test' button. You will be presented with 10 questions. You supply the answers and after the test is complete, you will be able to review your answers and see the feedback for each one. The 'Test' mode is not available in this demo version

Try out the program - it should have appeared in the area below.
