Overview of CheMentor Individual Modules - details and on-line samples: This program is capable of generating a large number of exercises.
It works from a database of 333 isotopes and selects them at random. You might be given the name of the isotope e.g., 'carbon-12' or
the abbreviated form 'C-12' and you are asked to complete the
symbol by filling in the boxes shown on the screen with the chemical
symbol for the element, the atomic number, and the mass number
of the isotope. You can try out the program by using the demo version that you
will see further down in this page. A link to the page for the other program in this module is included
